Hi - I have this model listed as "Kenny" by Troy Saxon Studio - I only have 4 pics of him in my collection - the two you posted below are entirely new to me - that's a 8mm film projector he's looking at, likely made by Eastman Kodak around 1950 give or take a few years - might be a 16mm but the spindle looks too short - my grandfather had one like this - Bell and Howell also made lots of cameras and projectors
