I agree - I don't think there are that many cut men in Europe (unfortunately!) - it hasn't been a popular operation in Britain since the 1930s and the British were more keen on it than many other European countries.

As an Intactivist, I see UNCUT as a normal, and see no rationale behind, medical doctors saying, "If you payor money we'll slice around on you perfectly-born son's penis, so he will thank you for a life-long scar." I would rather have either of the lantner brother's dicks,(somewhat small,) than have a Jeff Stryker franken-weeny.
