I know I've seen this brushcut model before. The source says it's by Pat Milo from 1960. - Update: The consensus in the comments is this model is Ted Warren, possibly photographed by Titan.

    Interesting lighting. His dick and left arm are in shadow, but the rest of his body is brightly lit.
