Definitely Bruce and definitely Midwestern, but some accounts indicate that he did this on a return trip to his home region after he had become a known quantity in LA. (One of his selling techniques was to travel the country with a trunk of nude photos he sold out of a trunk in hotel rooms, so could this have been on one of those trips?) I have some outdoor shots that were supposedly made at the same time in the Midwest.
