[opinion, from my Navy experience.] •WWII dog tags. •Large number of peeled-back, or even circ'd men, for Era. May be a pre-medic wash-up, for a "short arm inspection." •The #'s instead of "names" on locker area, indicates a multi-platoon facility/shower center.
Thanks for sharing your knowledge about this picture. It makes things so much more interesting when you have the context. I do rely on comments for background, names, etc. I just find the pictures!
