The man in back is stepping out of his pants.the age range is not indicative of military. In an average camera, interiors are dark. The small dark flash bulb indicates a 1950s style "point and shoot" Maybe even an early Polaroid. Poss. a bath house or country club. "Hey fellas, you gotta see this new camera I got." Flash. "Now watch...." The concept was so new they didn't think of it for dirty pictures yet....
