I haven't seen this photo before but it looks like Bob Cutlass. Handsome, hairy and hung with a winning smile he featured in a number of photos by Ralph Kelly. Those low hangers merit a mention too!

Another hung, hairy handsome male...his abs are pretty well defined, and his low hangers and big peter just add to his charm. And...HE'S SMILING!
