I have around two dozen photos of him labeled as Gary Brandenburg and every one is in a posing strap but no marine tat- some show him with a relatively hairy upper chest and some are clean shaven - however comparing the mole about 6 inches down from his left nipple and another one just below left armpit it is definitely the same guy - I have the one you posted here plus one more that also has the tat but he has discretely hidden the goods behind a plant - my guess would be that he worked for a while - then did some service time, got the tat and came back for another session - definitely a very handsome young man with great hair -

DeleteDefinitely Gary Brandenburg. Out of the 23 photos I have of him, 7 (including this one) show the tattoo clearly.
