I'm pretty sure this is Jack Renio holding a bayonet. There's quite a few photos of him already on this blog (searchable by name) but not this one I don't believe.
As you recommended, I searched for his name and found your collection of images of him. This image with the bayonnet is the only one where he wears his foreskin over part of glans. But one picture has him erect and confirms he is unsnipped so all the oothers, he is wearing his foreskin retracted.
