Southwest Photography Guild is all the ID I have on this picture found on eBay a while back. I'm going through some of my older finds from there because there aren't any new ones.
Thomas Watkins is the photographer, the image is contemporary not vintage per se. Watkins no doubt takes inspiration from the physique photographers of the past. -CA jock
