I have 11 other photos of Larry Selhime (I'll send them to you) and none of them are fully nude. This is the only photo I have where there is even a glimpse of penis.
I've always been a fan of David - just did a google for Larry and came up with an obit for David if its the same - dob is about right and it also mentions brother Larry - here is the link - https://m.riverbender.com/obits/details.cfm?id=15549
David is a phenomenon with his hairy chest, uncut penis, and magnificent low-hanging scrotum. But his brother is no torture to look out, either.

Yup I think that's him. Glad he seems to have had good health and long life.
