According to an online seller this is Jim Stewart, attributed to Lyle Frisbee, 1950's, with the print credited to Pat Milo in the 1960's. I really don't know how that worked. I have others of Mr. Stewart on this blog attributed to Milo.
Lyle Frisby died in 1958 of leukemia said to have been aggravated by harsh treatment and poor medical care while he was in prison on an obscenity charge. Prior to that, he and Pat Milo had been business partners, and Milo ended up printing and publishing some of Frisby's work after his death. Some observers have said that the two were life partners as well as business. There are conflicting accounts of all this, especially in regard to his incarceration, but it is generally accepted that Milo did publish some of his work posthumously.
Handsome, check.
