David O'Boyle by AMG in Physique Pictorial. According to the story he was a bad boy, but that may just be stereotyping the Irish.

    Mizer gave O’Boyle high marks with the secret code of AMG =
    versatile bi-sexual, petty thief, expensive hustler and star billing.
    Later on Mizer much regretted hiring O’Boyle (symbols for pathological liar and lazy ne'er di well) and then forgave him in later editions of Physique Pictorial….:)
