For the record, the two supporting fellows are Enrique Nieves (left) and Jim Wayne. As to the ID of the guy on top, that's a whole new ball game. Many of us enthusiasts are trying to find out this young man's name. He appears with 7 other models in several photographs (stills from a film I believe is a Wyngate & Bevins creation), and we can name the other 7, but this dude eludes us!
